KArdia - Financial Software
DiscipleMakers is in need of replacing our financial software, but it's not as simple as just setting up Quickbooks or something similar. As a non-profit ministry, fully supported by generous donations, our finances have specific requirements to accurately track all the information needed.
DiscipleMakers has partnered with LightSys, a ministry solely focused on providing tech support for other ministries. In our case, this means further developing their self-made software, Kardia, that we are using for our financial software needs.
TJ has been our main coder to implement this system for DiscipleMakers. He has worked hard with the developers to create new features that will make the software more functional for our needs. The most exciting part of his work is that it does not only benefit us, but with our personal connection to LightSys, these features will help many other ministries manage their accounting and donation processing much more efficiently!
Currently, the goal is to have all elements prepared so that we can launch this new system with our Finance department at the beginning of May! Please pray that TJ, and his coworker Jason, would be able to finish this project by then, and that our Finance team will be able to adapt to it quickly!
